摘要
在“互联网+”背景下基于SPOC构建食品专业课混合式教学模式,将现代化信息技术与高校教学过程在SPOC模式的帮助下进行深度融合,构建“畜产品加工学”混合式教学模式并实践应用,为学生创造多元化的学习环境,提供个性化的学习方案,通过调整过程评价在教学效果中所占比重,促进培养学生的自主学习能力,激发协作探究精神,培养满足国家需求的应用型创新人才。通过实践证明,SPOC教学模式不仅可以提高大学生实践能力,而且有利于培养大学生的综合学习能力。
Under the background of“Internet+”,a blended teaching model for specialized food courses is constructed based on SPOC.With the help of SPOC model,the modern information technology and college teaching process are deeply integrated,and the blended teaching model of“Animal Product Processing Science”is constructed and applied in practice,so as to create a diversified learning environment for students and provide personalized learning programs.By adjusting the proportion of process evaluation in teaching effect,it can promote the cultivation of students’autonomous learning ability,stimulate the spirit of collaborative inquiry,and cultivate application-oriented innovative talents to meet the needs of the country.The practice has proved that SPOC teaching model can not only improve the practical ability of college students,but also cultivate their comprehensive learning ability.
