协同育人模式在地方高校食品专业的探索与实践 被引量:1

Cooperative Education Model in Food Science and Engineering Programs in Local Universities

摘要 食品安全与品质是食品行业发展的核心要求,也是高等院校食品类专业人才培养的重要目标。文章以“产教融合、校企合作”为主线,以“卓越工程师培养”为目标,以“食品科学与工程专业”为载体,对高校食品类专业协同育人模式进行了研究,并结合相关案例分析了其实施效果和存在问题。文章认为,高校食品类专业协同育人模式有利于深化产教融合,促进教育链、人才链与产业链、创新链的有机衔接,提高专业人才培养质量和水平。文章提出了地方高校食品专业协同育人模式的构建策略,包括明确办学定位、强化工程化人才培养、深化学科专业内涵建设、建立协同创新机制等,旨在为推动高校食品类专业改革创新提供参考。 Food safety and quality are the core requirements for the development of the food industry,as well as the important goals for talent cultivation in food-related programs in higher education institutions.This paper takes“industry-education integration,school-enterprise cooperation”as the main line,“excellent engineer training”as the goal,and“food science and engineering program”as the carrier,studies the cooperative education model in food-related programs in universities,and analyzes its implementation effects and existing problems with relevant cases.This paper argues that the cooperative education model in food-related programs in universities is conducive to deepening industry-education integration,promoting the organic connection of education chain,talent chain,industry chain and innovation chain,and improving the quality and level of professional talent cultivation.This paper proposes the construction strategies of cooperative education model in food science and engineering programs in local universities,including clarifying the orientation of running schools,strengthening engineering-oriented talent cultivation,deepening the connotation construction of disciplines and majors,establishing cooperative innovation mechanisms,etc.,and aiming to provide reference for promoting reform and innovation of food-related programs in universities.
