随着移动互联网技术的飞速发展,基于互联网信息技术的线上线下混合式教学方式正悄然改变着教学模式。食品毒理学作为食品专业一门专业性较强的必修课程,需要教师深入研究课程内容,积极探索新教学模式,充分挖掘和利用雨课堂功能,探索混合式课堂的优势,形成一种新型、优越的线上线下混合式教学策略,从而激发学生学习兴趣,使其更好掌握专业课程知识点,提高教学质量。

With the rapid development of mobile Internet technology,the combination of teaching with online and offline based on Internet information technology is changing the mode of teaching.Food toxicology is a professional compulsory course for students whose major is food.It requires teachers to study the course content,to explore new teaching modes,and to fully utilize the function of the rain classroom.Therefore,explore the advantages of mixed teaching mode,building a new and superior mixed teaching strategy of online and offline.Stimulate students’interest in learning and help them master the points of knowledge of food toxicology,improving the quality of teaching.
