摘要
建立果蔬中苯并烯氟菌唑残留的液相色谱-串联质谱(liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry,LCMS/MS)检测方法。果蔬样品用乙腈提取,利用QuEChERS方法进行净化。以乙腈和0.1%氨水作为流动相梯度洗脱,电喷雾负离子(ESI-)模式电离,多反应监测(multiple reaction monitoring,MRM)模式检测。苯并烯氟菌唑在0.5~100.0 ng/mL范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.99;方法检出限为1μg/kg,定量限为2μg/kg,在0.5,5.0和50.0μg/kg添加水平下的平均回收率为74.3%~90.8%,相对标准偏差(n=6)为1.8%~4.1%。该方法简便快速,准确灵敏,适用于果蔬中苯并烯氟菌唑的测定。
Establish a method for the determination of benzovindiflupyr residue in fruits and vegetables by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS).The fruits and vegetables samples were extracted with acetonitrile before purified by the QuEChERS method.The analyte was separated with the mobile phases of acetonitrile and water(containing 0.1%ammonia),and detected by MS/MS with negative electrospray ionization(ESI-)in multiple reaction monitoring(multiple reaction monitoring,MRM)mode.There was a good linear relationship with the mass spectrometric response,and the correlation coefficients were all greater than 0.99 in the concentration of 0.5-100.0 ng/mL.The limits of detection and quantitation were 1μg/kg and 2μg/kg.The recoveries from spiked samples were 74.3%-90.8%,with relative standard deviation of 1.8%-4.1%.The method was easy,fast,accurate and sensitive,which was suitable for the determination of benzovindiflupyr in fruits and vegetables.
