摘要
文章对23个驼乳营养粉的骆驼源性成分、牛源性成分、羊源性成分和大豆源性成分进行检测,分析了不同源性成分检测结果产生的原因。结果表明:23个样品中检出骆驼源性成分的样品仅1个,全部样品均检出牛源性成分且未检出羊源性成分,有13个样品检出了大豆源性成分。驼乳营养粉中蛋白粉以牛乳粉搭配大豆蛋白粉为主,多数驼乳营养粉中驼乳粉未添加或达不到标签值。
In this paper,the camel-derived components,bovine-derived components,goat-derived components and soybeanderived components of 23 camel milk nutrition powders were detected,and the reasons for the detection results of different source components were analyzed.The results showed that only one of the 23 samples had camel-derived components detected,all the samples had bovine-derived components detected and no goat-derived components were detected,and soybean-derived components were detected in 13 samples.The protein powder in camel milk nutrition powder was mainly cow milk powder combined with soybean protein powder.In most camel milk nutrition powder,camel milk powder was not added or does not reach the label value.
