Exploration and Practice of Ideological and Political Education in“Food Safety”C ourse

结合我国现阶段食品安全状况和发展趋势,充分挖掘爱国、敬业、诚信和责任感等思政元素资源,将食品安全专业知识和思政元素有机融合开展课程思政教学,探讨“食品安全学”课程思政教育元素与教学内容的融合目标、切入点和教学方式,并应用专题式、案例式等多元化的教学方法,全面改善食品安全课程思政的教学质量。通过课程思政教学,使学生形成正确的社会主义核心价值观和科学发展观,正确树立关爱人类和崇尚自然的世界观和人生观。

Combined with the current situation and development trend of food safety in China,the ideological and political elements such as patriotism,dedication,honesty and responsibility were fully tapped.The professional knowledge of“Food Safety”and ideological and political elements were organically integrated to carry out ideological and political teaching in the course.The integration goal,entry point and teaching method of ideological and political education elements and teaching content in food safety course were discussed.Meanwhile,the teaching quality of ideological and political education of food safety course was improved comprehensively by using the diversified teaching methods,such as topic type and case type.Through ideological and political teaching,students could form correct socialist core values and scientific outlook on development,and correctly establish a world outlook and outlook on life that cares for human beings and advocates nature.
