双重血浆分子吸附系统治疗多器官功能障碍的临床研究

摘要 目的 对于多器官功能障碍综合征(multiple organ dysfunction syndrome, MODS)患者使用双重血浆分子吸附系统(double plasma molecular absorb system, DPMAS)进行治疗,观察其治疗效果。方法将2019年1月-2021年11月本院收治的100例患者等分成两组,均接受常规治疗,在此基础上,对照组予以血浆置换治疗,研究组予以DPMAS治疗,对比两组患者的血清指标和治疗有效率。结果 治疗前,两组患者血清生化指标无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者各项指标均下降明显,其中研究组患者AST、Mb、TBIL以及PCT指标相较于对照组均更为理想(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者炎性因子指标无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者各项指标均下降明显,其中研究组患者IL-6、TNF-α指标数值均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率优于对照组,数据差异明显(P<0.05)。结论 对于MODS患者予以DPMAS治疗,能够降低不良反应事件发生的可能性,减轻对患者的不利影响,临床疗效较为显著,患者预后状态较佳,具有十分理想的应用价值。 Objective To observe curative effect of dual plasma molecular adsorbent system(DPMAS)on patients with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS).Methods The paper divided 100 patients admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to November 2021 into two groups,with routine treatment.On this basis,control group was treated with plasma exchange treatment,while study group with DPMAS treatment.Serum indicators and treatment effect between two groups was compared.Results There was no significant difference in serum biochemical indicators between two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,all indicators between two groups decreased significantly(P<0.05),among which AST,Mb,TBIL and PCT indicators of study group were more ideal than control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in inflammatory factor indicators between two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,all indicators between two groups decreased significantly(P<0.05),IL-6 and TNF–αindex values in study group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Total effective rate of study group was 90.00%,that of control group was 74.00%,with significant difference in data(P<0.05).Conclusion DPMAS treatment can reduce likelihood of adverse reaction events and alleviate adverse effect of for MODS patients,with significant clinical treatment effect and good prognosis,which has ideal application value.
