探讨拉贝洛尔联合阿司匹林治疗重度妊娠期高血压临床效果及对分娩质量的影响

Clinical Effect Exploration of Labetalol Combined with Aspirin in Treatment of Severe Pregnancy Induced Hypertension and Influence on Delivery Quality

目的 探讨拉贝洛尔联合阿司匹林在重度妊娠期高血压中的疗效。方法 选择2020年3月-2021年10月本院收治的96例重度妊娠期高血压患者为研究对象,以随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各48例。对照组采用拉贝洛尔进行治疗,观察组在此基础上加用阿司匹林,两组均持续治疗至分娩前1d。对比两组临床疗效、血压水平(舒张压与收缩压)、凝血功能、分娩结局及不良反应发生情况。结果 与对照组相比,观察组临床总有效率较高(P<0.05);观察组治疗后舒张压、收缩压水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后FIB、D-D水平低于对照组,PT、APTT、TT水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组不良分娩结局发生率较低(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率无差异(P>0.05)。结论 拉贝洛尔联合阿司匹林在重度妊娠高血压中疗效显著,能够有效改善患者的血压水平、凝血功能,且用药安全性较好,利于提升分娩质量。

Objective To investigate effect of labetalol combined with aspirin in treatment of severe pregnancy induced hypertension.Methods The paper chose 96 patients with severe gestational hypertension admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to October 2021 as study objects and divided them into groups with random number table method.Control group(48 cases)was treated with labetalol and observation group(48 cases)with aspirin on the basis.Both groups were treated until 1 day before delivery.Clinical effect,blood pressure levels(diastolic and systolic),coagulation function,delivery outcomes and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results Observation group had higher clinical total effective rate(P<0.05)than control group.After treatment,levels of diastolic and systolic blood pressure in observation group were(83.85±5.14)mmHg and(128.87±8.24)mmHg respectively,lower than(92.96±6.48)mmHg and(133.38±10.62)mmHg in control group,P<0.05.After treatment,FIB and D-D levels in observation group were lower than control group,while PT,APTT and TT levels were higher than control group(P<0.05).Incidence of adverse delivery outcomes in observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in incidence of adverse reactions between two groups,P>0.05.Conclusion Labetalol combined with aspirin can achieve significant effect in severe pregnancy induced hypertension,can improve blood pressure level and blood coagulation function of patients effectively with good drug safety,which is conducive to improving delivery quality.
