摘要
目的 探讨应用全血CRP联合血常规检验对诊断小儿细菌性感染性疾病的效果。方法 选取2020年1-12月本院收治的80例小儿细菌性感染性疾病患儿为研究组,同期健康体检的80例儿童为对照组,两组均采集血液,检测全血CRP水平与血常规WBC水平,同时对比不同检查方式下的疾病检出准确率与特异性和感染性。结果 研究组患儿全血CRP与血常规WBC水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);联合检测的准确率显著高于单一检测(P<0.05);全血CRP检查的敏感性、特异性与血常规WBC比较均无显著差异(P>0.05),而全血CRP联合血常规WBC检查的敏感性、特异性,相较于单一检查均显著更高(P<0.05)。结论 应用全血CRP联合血常规WBC诊断小儿细菌性感染性疾病的效果令人满意,具有较高的敏感性与特异性,可提高诊断准确率,为临床医师治疗疾病提供有力参考依据,值得推广。
Objective To explore effect of whole blood CRP combined with blood routine test in diagnosis of bacterial infectious diseases of children.Methods The paper chose 80 children with bacterial infectious diseases from January 2020 to December 2020 as study group and 80 children in the same period for health examination as control group,collected blood from both groups to detect CRP level in whole blood and WBC level in blood routine.At the same time,accuracy,specificity and infectivity of disease detection under different examination methods was compared.Results Levels of whole blood CRP and blood routine WBC in study group were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Accuracy of combined detection was significantly higher than single detection(P<0.05).Sensitivity and specificity of whole blood CRP examination was not significantly different from blood routine WBC(P>0.05),while sensitivity and specificity of whole blood CRP combined with blood routine WBC examination was significantly higher than single examination(P<0.05).Conclusion Whole blood CRP combined with blood routine WBC can satisfactory effect,high sensitivity and specificity in diagnosis of bacterial infectious diseases of children,can improve diagnostic accuracy,provide strong reference for clinicians to treat diseases,which is worthy of promotion.
