补阳还五汤联合丁苯酞软胶囊治疗缺血性卒中恢复期患者的效果观察

Effect Observation of Tonifying Yang Huanwu Decoction Combined with Butylphthalein Soft Capsule for Ischemic Stroke Recovery Patients

目的 分析缺血性卒中患者恢复期行丁苯酞联合补阳还五汤治疗的效果与应用价值。方法 选择2022年10月本院收治的缺血性卒中恢复期患者78例进行观察研究,根据抽签结果分组,对照组单纯以丁苯酞软胶囊治疗,观察组在其基础上配合补阳还五汤,观察1个月后临床疗效,对两组患者治疗前后症候表现进行评估,检测对比各组患者治疗前后脑血流动力学及血液流变学指标变化。结果 观察组治疗总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后症候表现评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。入院前两组患者脑血流动力学及血液流变学指标测定结果对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者治疗后血流速度高于对照组,动脉指数、阻力指数及血液流变学相关指标均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 缺血性卒中患者恢复期以丁苯酞联合补阳还五汤治疗效果确切,能够改善患者脑部血流循环情况,值得应用推广。

Objective To analyze effect and application value of butylphthalide combined with tonifying yang huanwu decoction for ischemic stroke patients during the recovery period.Methods The paper chose 78 patients with ischemic stroke in recovery period in October 2022 for research,and divided them into groups according to results of drawing lots.Control group was treated with butylphthalide soft capsule only,and observation group cooperated with tonifying yang huanwu decoction on the basis.Clinical effect after one month was observed,symptoms of patients in both groups before and after treatment were evaluated,changes of cerebral hemodynamics and hemorheology indexes in each group were detected and compared before and after treatment.Results Total effective rate in observation group was significantly better than control group(P<0.05).Symptom scores in observation group after treatment were lower than control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in cerebral hemodynamic hemorheology indexes before admission(P>0.05).After treatment,blood flow velocity in observation group was higher than control group,arterial index,resistance index and hemorheology related indexes were lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of butylphthalide and tonifying yang huanwu decoction can achieve definite curative effect on ischemic stroke patients during recovery period,can improve cerebral blood circulation,which is worthy of application and promotion.
