小骨窗开颅术与钻孔引流术治疗脑出血的临床比较

Clinical Comparison of Small Bone Window Craniotomy and Burr Holes Irrigation and Drainage in Treatment of Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的 对比小骨窗开颅术和钻孔引流术治疗脑出血患者的临床效果。方法 选取2019年5月-2022年12月本院接收的75例脑出血患者为调查对象,随机分成常规组(n=37)和研究组(n=38),其中常规组采用小骨窗开颅手术治疗,研究组采用钻孔引流术治疗,分析两组治疗效果。结果 研究组手术时间、术中出血量以及住院时间均更短,相比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率低于对照组,相比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组生活质量各维度分数高于对照组,相比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后NIHSS分数低于对照组,相比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 与小骨窗开颅手术对比,脑出血患者应用钻孔引流术治疗后的效果更加显著,能够有效缩短患者住院时间,改善患者生活质量和神经系统的恢复,降低术后并发症。

Objective To compare clinical effect of small bone window craniotomy and burr holes irrigation and drainage in treatment of cerebral hemorrhage patients.Methods The paper treated 75 patients with cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital from May 2019 to December 2022 as main objects and divided them into two groups randomly,control group(37)and study group(38).The former was treated with small bone window craniotomy and the latter with burr holes irrigation and drainage.Treatment effect was was analyzed between two groups.Result:Study group had shorter surgical time,intraoperative bleeding volume and hospital stay than control group,with statistically significant difference,(P<0.05).Incidence of complications in study group was lower than control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Study group had higher scores in all dimensions of life quality,with(P<0.05).Postoperative NIHSS scores in study group were lower than control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion was compared with small bone window craniotomy,burr holes irrigation and drainage can achieve significant effect for patients with cerebral hemorrhage,can shorten length of stay,improve life quality,recover nervous system,reduce postoperative complications effectively,which is worthy of promotion.
