仿真头模操作在口腔专业实习中的应用效果分析

摘要 目的 探究仿真头模操作在口腔专业实习中的应用效果。方法 选取长治医学院2016级口腔医学专业本科实习生60人为研究对象,将学生分成观察组和对照组,每组各30人。其中,对照组采用传统式教学方法,观察组采用仿真头模教学方法,对比两组教学模式患者就诊感受度调查、理论考核成绩以及实操考核成绩记录。结果 观察组患者就诊感受度调查、理论考核成绩以及实操考核成绩记录均优于对照组,两者差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在口腔专业实习中引用仿真头模操作方法能够稳定提升学生的成绩,促进其综合能力提升,提高患者就诊满意度,使其顺利通过实习期,为今后的工作奠定基础。 Objective To explore the application effect analysis of simulation head mold operation in oral professional practice.Methods experiment is divided into 2 groups,selected changzhi medical school grade 2016 oral medicine professional undergraduate interns 60 people,observation group and control group,control group using theory+in tooth model preparation+clinical training mode,observation group using theory+in tooth model preparation+clinical training mode to add thinking mapping method teaching(2 groups of teaching patients experience survey,theoretical evaluation results and field examination performance record,and comparative analysis).Results In the observation group,the survey of patient experience,theoretical assessment and practical assessment were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the oral professional practice,the operation method of simulation head model can steadily improve students'performance,promote their comprehensive ability,improve patients'satisfaction,make them pass the internship smoothly,and lay a foundation for the future work.
