针对性急救护理模式在小儿高热惊厥急诊护理中的效果研究

Application Research of Targeted Emergency Nursing Model in Emergency Nursing of Children with Febrile Seizures

目的 分析在小儿高热惊厥中实施针对性急救护理模式的效果。方法 选择2021年1月-2022年7月收治的高热惊厥患儿80例,通过双盲法分入实验组(n=40)与参照组(n=40),参照组采取常规护理,实验组采取针对性急救护理模式,比较两组患儿症状消失时间(惊厥、发热、抢救时间、住院时间)、护理前后生命体征变化(体温、心率、呼吸频率)、护理效果。结果 实验组患儿的症状消失时间指标明显短于参照组(P<0.05)。护理前,比较两组患儿的生命体征指标,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,实验组的各项指标明显低于参照组(P<0.05)。实验组患儿的护理效果明显优于参照组(P<0.05)。结论 在小儿高热惊厥急诊护理中实施针对性急救护理模式能促进患儿症状消失,值得推广。

Objective To analyze effect of targeted emergency nursing mode for children with febrile seizures.Methods The paer chose 80 children with febrile seizures from January 2021 to July 2022,and divided them into experimental group(n=40)and reference group(n=40)with double blind method.Reference group was treated with routine nursing,while experimental group with targeted emergency nursing.Time for symptom disappearance(seizures,fever,rescue time,length of stay),changes in vital signs(body temperature,heart rate,respiratory rate)before and after care and nursing effect were compared between two groups.Results Symptom disappearance time indicators of experimental group were shorter than reference group(P<0.05).Before nursing,vital sign indicators between two groups showed no significance(P>0.05).After nursing,all indicators in experimental group were lower than reference group(P<0.05).Nursing effect of experimental group was higher than reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted emergency nursing model can promote disappearance of symptoms in emergency care of febrile seizures children,which is worthy of promotion.
