Effect of Pharmaceutical Management Services on Irrational Use of Prescriptions in Outpatient Pharmacies

目的 探讨药学管理服务对门诊药房处方用药不合理情况的影响。方法 选取2020年5月-2023年1月在本院门诊就诊的患者1200例,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,根据就诊时间将其分为对照组(2020年5月-2021年10月期间就诊600例,未实施药学管理服务),研究组(2021年11月-2023年1月就诊600例,实施药学管理服务),对两组用药不合理情况、满意度等进行比较。同时选择20名工作人员,分析实施前后药剂科工作人员用药知识掌握情况。结果 研究组不合理处方显著低于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组用药满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。实施药学管理服务后,20名药剂科工作人员相关药学知识了解评分明显提高,与实施前比较,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 通过对门诊药房实施药学管理服务,能有效规范处方,提高患者的用药满意度,且进一步增强工作人员的相关用药知识,保障患者安全用药具有重要的价值。

Objective To explore effect of pharmaceutical management services on irrational use of prescription drugs in outpatient pharmacies.Methods The paper reviewed and analyzed clinical data 1200 patients in outpatient department from May 2020 to January 2023,based on admission sequence,divided them into control group(600 patients from May 2020 to October 2021),with no pharmaceutical management services,and tudy group(600 patients from November 2021 to January 2023),with pharmaceutical management services.Medication irrationality and satisfaction degree between two groups was compared.At the same time,the paper chose 20 staff members to analyze mastery of medication knowledge before and after implementation.Results There were 50 cases of unreasonable prescriptions in research group,with an incidence rate of 8.33%,significantly lower than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Satisfaction degree with medication in study group was 98.33%,significantly higher than control group,P<0.05.After implementation,understanding scores of pharmaceutical knowledge of 20 pharmaceutical staff member were significantly better,there was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Pharmaceutical management services can effectively standardize prescriptions in outpatient pharmacies,improve satisfaction degree of patients with medication,further enhance relevant medication knowledge of staff to ensure safe medication of patients,which has important value and is worthy of clinical recommendation.
