课程思政背景下护理人文叙事教学的探索

摘要 人文关怀是护理的本质和核心,在健康中国战略的大背景下,其重要性被提到了前所未有的高度。思政促人文、人文载思政的共生共赢作用已获得学者们广泛认可。叙事教育可实现思政和人文的有机结合。文章围绕叙事引导-情智启发-自我建构-拓展提升-激励成长的叙事教学模式,从教学目标、教学内容、教学设计、教学评价等方面加以探索,通过叙事情境创建,激发学生的情感共鸣,加强智慧启迪,让学生在实践中不断反思和总结经验,挑战自我,实现自身价值。这一模式既着眼于提高学生的思想道德水平和社会责任感,又考虑到学生的职业素养和综合素质的全面发展,为创新护理人文教育方式提供借鉴与参考,以更好地促进护生人文素质的培养和课程思政的落实。 Humanistic care is the essence and core of nursing,and its importance has been raised to an unprecedented height in the context of the Healthy China Strategy.The symbiotic and win-win effect of ideology and politics promoting humanities and humanities embodying ideology and politics has been widely recognized by scholars.Narrative education can realize the organic combination of ideology,politics and humanities.Focusing on the narrative teaching mode of narrative guidance-emotional and intellectual inspiration-self-construction-expansion and promotion-incentive growth,this paper explores the teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching design,teaching evaluation,etc.Through the creation of narrative situations,it stimulates students'emotional resonance and enlightens their wisdom,so that students can constantly reflect and sum up experience in practice,challenge themselves,and realize their own value.This model not only focuses on improving students'ideological and moral level and sense of social responsibility,but also considers the comprehensive development of students'professional quality and comprehensive quality,which offers reference for innovation of nursing humanities education,so as to better promote the cultivation of nursing students'humanistic quality and the implementation of curriculum ideology and politics.
