工作坊模式在护生压力性损伤带教中的应用实践

摘要 目的 探讨开展工作坊教学模式在护生压力性损伤临床带教中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年7月—2022年2月在广西医科大学附属肿瘤医院实习的75名护生作为研究对象。采用工作坊教学模式,对所有护生先后开展2场教学活动,分别为理论培训和案例讨论。通过对护生现场问卷调查评价教学活动效果,了解护生对工作坊教学模式的满意度及自我评价。结果 共调查护生75名,现场回收有效调查问卷共计75份,有效回收率为100%。总体评价:护生对该教学模式效果非常满意达到81.3%(61/75),满意的为14.6%(11/75),一般的为4.0%(3/75)。对2种不同教学活动满意度评价:理论培训教学的非常满意率达到76.0%(57/75);案例讨论非常满意率为74.6%(56/75)。自我评价:多数护生认为各维度能力均有很大提高,压力性损伤理论知识方面81.3%(61/75)、实践操作能力方面78.6%(59/75)、分析与解决问题能力方面78.6%(59/75)、护理临床思维能力方面80.0%(60/75)、自我学习能力方面84.0%(63/75)。17.1%(12/75)的学生提出加强压力性损伤预防措施的培训、28.9%(21/75)的学生提出加强护理文书书写培训。结论 工作坊教学模式对护生掌握压力性损伤综合能力有很好的效果。 Objectives To evaluate the application effect of workshop teaching mode in clinical teaching of nursing students with stress injury.Methods A total of 75 nursing students who were interns in the Affiliated Cancer Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from July 2021 to February 2022 were selected as subjects.Workshop teaching mode was adopted to carry out two teaching activities for all nursing students respectively,including theoretical training and case discussion.Through the questionnaire survey of nursing students to evaluate the effect of teaching activities,to understand the nursing students'feelings and experience of the workshop teaching mode.Results A total of 75 nursing students were investigated,and 75 effective questionnaires were collected on site with effective recovery rate of 100%.Overall evaluation:the proportion of nursing students who were very satisfied with the effect of this teaching model was high,reaching 81.3%,14.6%and 4.0%respectively.Evaluation on the satisfaction of two different teaching activities:the very satisfaction rate of theoretical training teaching reached 76.0%;the satisfaction rate of case discussion was 74.6%.Self evaluation:Most nursing students believed that their abilities in all dimensions had greatly improved,including 81.3%(61/75)in theoretical knowledge of stress injury,78.6%(59/75)in practical operation ability,78.6%(59/75)in analysis and problem-solving ability,80.0%(60/75)in clinical nursing thinking ability,and 84.0%(63/75)in self-learning ability.17.1%(12/75)of students proposed strengthening training on stress injury prevention measures,while 28.9%(21/75)of students proposed strengthening training on nursing document writing.Conclusion Workshop teaching mode has a good effect on improving the comprehensive ability of nursing students.
