摘要
模拟医学教育(simulation-based medical education,SBME)打破了直接将患者作为练习对象的传统医师培训模式,让学生在临床模拟场景中身临其境地进行临床技能操作。以问题为基础的教学法(problem-based leaning,PBL)转变了被动学习的模式,引导学生主动发现问题,解决问题,提高了学生的自学能力。PBL教学法与模拟医学教育的结合能够取长补短,促进理论知识的运用和操作技能的掌握,提高学生临床应变能力、团队合作能力以及有助于提高学生课堂满意度。但目前较少有研究详细介绍PBL教学法应用于模拟医学教育的过程。文章探讨了PBL教学法在模拟医学教育中的应用特点与实施过程,并对存在的问题提出建议,以期对模拟医学教育教学改革提供帮助。
Simulation based medical education(SBME)breaks the traditional physician training model of directly treating patients as practice subjects,allowing students to engage in clinical skill operations in clinical simulation scenarios.Problem-based learning(PBL)has transformed the passive learning mode,guiding students to actively discover and solve problems,and improving their self-learning ability.The combination of PBL teaching method and simulated medical education can complement each other's strengths,promote the application of theoretical knowledge and mastery of operational skills,improve students'clinical adaptability,teamwork ability,and help improve their classroom satisfaction.However,there are currently few studies that provide a detailed introduction to the application of PBL teaching method in simulated medical education.The article explores the application characteristics and implementation process of PBL teaching method in simulated medical education,and puts forward suggestions for existing problems,in order to provide assistance for the reform of simulated medical education and teaching.
