摘要 目的 探讨多学科综合治疗模式(multi-disciplinary treatment,MDT)联合以问题为导向的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)在临床肿瘤学教学中的应用效果。方法 2021年9月—2022年3月,选取苏州大学2020级的临床医学肿瘤专业50名学生,按照随机方法将学生分为观察组(n=25)和对照组(n=25)。观察组采用MDT模式结合PBL教学法;对照组采用传统的讲授教学法。实施1个月后,对肿瘤学课程进行理论和病例综合考试,比较两组学生的教学成绩,并对两组的教学满意度加以评估和对比。结果 观察组的理论知识成绩和病例分析成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在满意度方面,观察组满意度为92.00%,远高于对照组的68.00%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 在MDT模式下使用PBL教学在本科肿瘤学中的应用显示了较好的教学效果,对于提高本科生的临床综合思维和实践能力均有一定程度的帮助,且满意度较高。 Objective To explore the application effect of multidisciplinary treatment(MDT)combined with problem-based learning(PBL)in clinical oncology teaching.Methods From September 2021 to March 2022,a total of 50 clinical oncology students from Soochow University in grade 2020 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group(n=25)and a control group(n=25).The observation group was treated with MDT mode combined with PBL teaching method.The control group was taught using traditional teaching methods.After one month of implementation,a comprehensive examination of theory and case studies was conducted on the oncology course.The teaching scores of the two groups of students were compared,and their teaching satisfaction was evaluated and compared.Results The theoretical knowledge and case analysis scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of satisfaction,the observation group's satisfaction rate was 92.00%,much higher than 68.00%of the control group's,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL teaching under MDT mode in undergraduate oncology shows that the teaching effect is good,and it is helpful to improve the clinical comprehensive thinking and practical ability of undergraduates to a certain extent,and the degree of satisfaction is high.
