摘要
目的 分析线上教学在神经病学中的应用效果。方法 2020年4月—2021年9月,选择徐州医科大学附属医院神经内科72名实习生为研究对象,按照数字随机法分成两组,对照组的实习生采用的为传统线上单一教学模式,研究组则采用线上综合教学模式。对比两组的综合成绩评分,对教学方式满意度、自我知识掌握评价、护理操作流程了解程度评分,以及规范化教学满意度。结果 研究组实习生综合成绩评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。研究组实习生对教学方式满意度、自我知识掌握评价、护理操作流程了解程度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。研究组带教老师对培训满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 在传统线上教学的模式基础上,开展综合性较强的教学模式,可以有效提高神经科学生的学习效率。
Objective To analyze the effect of online teaching in neurology.Methods From April 2020 to September 2021,a total of 72 interns of neurology were selected as the subjects of this study,and divided into two groups according to the digital random method.The interns in the control group used the traditional online single teaching mode,while the research group adopted the online comprehensive teaching mode.Compared the comprehensive scores of the two groups,the satisfaction of teaching methods,self-knowledge mastery evaluation,the understanding degree of nursing operation process,and the standardized teaching satisfaction were scored.Results The comprehensive score of interns in the research group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The satisfaction with teaching methods,self-evaluation of self-knowledge mastery,and understanding of nursing procedures among the interns in the research group were all higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the research group's teaching teachers with training was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of traditional online teaching mode,the comprehensive teaching mode can effectively improve the learning efficiency of neurology students.
