俞募合配穴埋线法联合耳针治疗脑卒中后便秘临床观察

Clinical Observation of Acupoint Catgut Embedding Combined with Auricular Acupuncture in the Treatment of Constipation after Stroke

目的:观察俞募合配穴埋线法联合耳针治疗脑卒中后便秘的临床疗效。方法:68例随机分为治疗组34例和对照组34例。治疗组用俞募合配穴埋线法及耳针治疗,对照组单用俞募合配穴埋线法治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率为94.12%,对照组总有效率为73.53%,治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组首次排便时间较对照组提前,两组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组周排便次数、便秘症状评分、PAC—QOL评分均有改善(P<0.05),而治疗组改善较对照组更为明显(P<0.05)。结论:耳针能增强穴位埋线的疗效,提高患者的生活质量,二者结合疗效更好。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupoint catgut embedding combined with auricular acupuncture in the treatment of constipation after stroke.Methods:Sixty-eight cases were randomly divided into treatment group(34 cases)and control group(34 cases).The treatment group were treated with the combination of Back-shu,Front-mu and He-sea points catgut embedding combined with auricular acupuncture,while the control group were treated with the combination of Back-shu,Front-mu and He-sea points catgut embedding.Results:The total effective rate was 94.12%in the treatment group while that was 73.53%in the control group.The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the first defecation time of the treatment group was earlier than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the defecation frequency,constipation symptom score and PAC-QOL score of the two groups were improved(P<0.05),and the improvement of the treatment group was more obvious than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Auricular acupuncture can enhance the efficacy of acupoint catgut embedding and improve the quality of life of patients.The combination of the two is more effective.
