Analysis of Influential Factors of Adolescent Loneliness Based on C5.0 Decision Tree

为探究青少年孤独感的潜在剖面,并研究自卑感、心理韧性的个人力维度和疏离感对不同剖面青少年孤独感的影响,共收集1134份有效问卷,使用SPSS进行数据整理和描述性统计,使用Mplus进行孤独感潜在剖面分析,同时使用SPSS Modeler建立决策树,结果发现:(1)青少年孤独感可分为三个潜在剖面:低孤独感组、情绪孤独感组和社会孤独感组;(2)不同孤独感剖面的决策树分支受到自卑感、疏离感和个人力的影响。在自卑感>81的青少年中,75.82%属于情绪孤独组;在自卑感≤81、疏离感≤145和个人力>46的青少年中,73.19%属于低孤独组。决策树可以有效地对影响青少年孤独感的因素进行预测分类,并具有良好的分类效果。不同因素的组合与青少年孤独感不同剖面的相关程度有所不同。自卑感对青少年孤独感影响最大,其次是疏离感,个人力的影响相对较小。

To explore the latent profiles of adolescent loneliness and investigate the impact of inferiority, individual human dimension of psychological resilience and alienation on adolescent loneliness of different profiles, a total of 1134 valid questionnaires were collected and analyzed using SPSS for data organization and descriptive statistics, Mplus for latent profile analysis of loneliness, and SPSS Modeler to construct a decision tree. The findings reveal;adolescent loneliness can be categorized into three latent profiles: low loneliness group, emotional loneliness group, and social loneliness group;different decision tree branches are influenced by feelings of inferiority, alienation, and individual power, respectively. Among the adolescents with inferiority81, 75.82% belong to the emotional loneliness group. Among the adolescents with inferiority≤81, alienation≤145, and individual power46, 73.19% belong to the low loneliness group. The results demonstrate that decision trees can effectively predict and classify factors influencing adolescent loneliness, yielding satisfactory classification outcomes. The combination of different factors correlates differently with various profiles of adolescent loneliness. Notably, feelings of inferiority exert the greatest impact on adolescent loneliness, followed by alienation, while individual power has a relatively minor influence.
