摘要
运用文献资料、专家访谈等方法,探讨我国体育旅游政策价值及掣肘问题,并提出提升路径。我国体育旅游政策价值:引领形成多样化产品格局,加快业态融合,引燃产业风口,拓宽促销平台,有序推进标准化建设。价值实现掣肘问题:需求侧政策不足,缺乏持续有效的政策工具,政策执行保障力弱。提升路径:以需求侧政策为引导,实施消费倍增计划;以政策工具配置为核心,增强政策张力;以政策监测评估为手段,增强政策执行力。
By using the methods of literature review and expert interview,this paper discussed the value and constraint problem of sports tourism policy in China,and expert put forward the promotion path.The value of sports tourism policy in China:It leads the formation of a diversified product pattern,accelerates the integration of business formats,igniting the industrial tuyere,broadens the promotion platform,and orderly drives advancement of standard construction.The constraint problems of value realization are insufficient policies on the demand side,lack of sustained and effective policy tools,and weak guarantee for policy implementation.Promotion path:We should be guided by demand-side policies and implement a plan to double consumption,focus on the allocation of policy tools to enhance policy tension,and use policy monitoring and evaluation as a means to enhance policy implementation.
