摘要
为了验证一款运用于爆炸性环境的功能安全型气体探测器的硬件安全完整性等级,通过FMEDA的方法,对气体探测器的元器件进行了失效模式及其影响的分析和随机硬件失效率的计算,并在所采用的在线故障诊断措施基础上量化分析了气体探测器的功能安全相关参数。分析结果表明,该款1oo1架构、B类系统、工作在低要求模式的气体探测器的安全失效分数达到94%,安全功能在要求时的危险失效平均概率为6.8×10^(-4),其设计符合标准IEC 61508所规定的硬件安全完整性等级SIL 2的要求。
In order to verify the hardware safety integrity level of a functional safety gas detector used in the explosive atmosphere,a method of FMEDA is adopted to analyze the failure modes and effects and calculate the random hardware failure rates of the gas detector elements,the functional safety related parameters are quantified based on the adopted fault online diagnosis measures.The analysis results show that the safe failure fraction of the gas detector which is 1oo1 architecture,B type system and low demand mode of operation reaches 94%,the average probability of a dangerous failure on demand of the safety function is equal to 6.8×10^(-4),therefore the hardware design of this functional safety gas detector satisfies the requirements of the safety integrity level SIL 2 specified in the standard IEC 61508.
