摘要 直接空冷技术在我国已取得广泛运用,但随着运行时间的持续,直接空冷机组也暴露出一些问题,对机组的正常运行造成了影响。对夏季运行背压过高、凝结水管道振动、空冷凝汽器防冻及空冷噪声等影响直接空冷系统主要的、共性的问题进行分析和总结,并对空冷的设计和优化提出改进措施和建议。 The direct air-cooling technology has been widely used applied in our country.However,with the continuous operation time,direct air-cooling unit also exposed some problems,is affecting the normal operation of the unit.Therefore,this paper analyzes and summarizes the main and common problems that affect the direct aircooling system,such as the high back pressure in summer,the vibration of condensate pipe,the anti-freezing of aircooled condenser and the influence of air-cooling noise,the improvement measures and suggestions for the design and optimization of air-cooling are put forward.
