摘要
“课程心育”是与“心育课程”相关联的概念,该理念强调中学教师在教育教学过程中全覆盖式运用心理学原理和行为,“润物无声”地实现学生心理健康与学业进步的良性循环。中学教师“课程心育”胜任力的强弱决定其教育教学成效的大小。本研究采取质性研究与量化研究相结合的方法,构建中学教师“课程心育”胜任力的双螺旋模型。研究表明,中学教师“课程心育”胜任力由两条主链交织而成,即由知识掌握、教学能力、教学研究等因素构成的外显胜任力和由职业价值观、心育认同、学习意愿等因素构成的内隐胜任力。基于这一模型,提升中学教师“课程心育”胜任力须内力、外力共同发力,促进两条主链的相互作用。
“curriculum and mental health education”is a concept closely related to“mental health education curriculum”.This concept emphasizes the comprehensive application of psychological principles and behaviors by secondary school teachers in the process of education and instruction,and by implementing this approach silently and smoothly,it aims to achieve a virtuous cycle between students’mental health and academic progress.The competency of secondary school teachers in“curriculum and mental health education”determines the effectiveness of their educational outcomes.This study adopts a combined qualitative and quantitative research approach to construct a dual helix model of the secondary school teachers’competence in“curriculum and mental health education”.The research indicates that the competence is formed by the intertwining of two main chains:explicit competence,consisting of factors such as knowledge mastery,teaching ability,and pedagogical research;and implicit competence,consisting of factors such as professional values,mental education identity and willingness to learn.Based on this model,enhancing the competence of secondary school teachers in“curriculum and mental health education”requires a concerted effort from internal and external forces to promote the interaction between the two main chains.
