针刺治疗原发性肌张力障碍研究进展

Advances in acupuncture treatment of primary dystonia

肌张力障碍是临床治疗难题,也是国际医学研究热点。原发性肌张力障碍是一种不明病因的以不自主、持续性的肌肉收缩或姿势异常为表现的运动障碍疾病,严重影响患者的生存质量。现代医学的治疗主要通过口服药物、注射肉毒素以及手术干预等手段缓解症状,无法根治,还存在不良反应较大、易复发、高风险等问题。针刺疗法依据中医传统理论、神经肌肉解剖学理论取穴施针以及结合肉毒素注射治疗原发性肌张力障碍,具有疗效确切、安全可靠、不良反应少等特点,近年来取得了一定的成果。通过查阅文献,依据不同针刺理论治疗各类原发性肌张力障碍的治疗方法进行归纳总结,为临床研究提供新思路。

Dystonia is a clinical challenge and an international medical hotspot.Primary dystonia is a movement disorder of unknown etiology manifested by involuntary and persistent muscle contraction or postural abnormalities,which seriously affects the quality of survival of patients.Modern medical treatment is mainly through oral medications,botulinum toxin injections,and surgical interventions to relieve symptoms,which cannot be cured,and also suffers from large adverse effects,easy recurrence,and high risk.Acupuncture therapy is based on traditional Chinese medicine theory,neuromuscular anatomy theory,acupuncture points,and botulinum toxin injection for the treatment of primary dystonia,which is effective,safe,and reliable,and has achieved certain results in recent years.By reviewing the literature,this paper summarizes the treatment methods based on different acupuncture theories for treating various types of primary dystonia and provides new ideas for clinical research.
