经阴道彩色多普勒超声联合血清糖类抗原125对子宫内膜癌的诊断价值

Diagnostic value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography combined with serum carbohydrate antigen 125 in endometrial carcinoma

目的 探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声联合血清糖类抗原125(CA125)对子宫内膜癌的诊断价值。方法 对80例疑似子宫内膜癌患者均进行经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查和血清CA125检测,以病理结果为金标准,计算经阴道彩色多普勒超声、血清CA125单独及联合检查对子宫内膜癌的诊断价值。结果 经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查结果显示,恶性患者44例,良性患者36例。血清CA125检测结果显示,恶性患者25例,良性患者55例。经阴道彩色多普勒超声联合血清CA125检查结果显示,恶性患者67例,良性患者13例。经阴道彩色多普勒超声与血清CA125联合检查诊断子宫内膜癌的灵敏度、特异度、阴性预测值及阳性预测值均高于单独检查。结论 经阴道彩色多普勒超声联合血清CA125诊断子宫内膜癌具有较高的灵敏度、特异度、阴性预测值及阳性预测值,临床价值较高。

Objective To study the diagnostic value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography combined with serum carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125) in endometrial carcinoma(EC).Method A total of 80 suspected EC patients received transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography and serum CA125 for EC detection.The diagnostic value of single and combined detection of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography and serum CA125 for EC were evaluated by using pathological results as gold standard.Result The results of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography showed that 44patients were malignant and 36 were benign.The results of serum CA125 showed that 25 patients were malignant and 55were benign.The results of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography+serum CA125 showed that 67 patients were malignant and 13 were benign.The sensitivity,specificity,negative predictive value and positive predictive value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography+serum CA125 in the diagnosis of EC were higher than those of single detection.Conclusion Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography combined with serum CA125 has higher sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value,negative predictive value and clinical value in the diagnosis of EC.
