《傅青主女科》相关研究的文献计量与可视化分析

Bibliometric and Visual Analysis on the Related Studies of Fu Qing Zhu′s Obstetrics and Gynecology

目的 归纳总结《傅青主女科》研究现状、研究热点及预测其发展趋势。方法 检索中国知网近40年关于《傅青主女科》相关研究内容的文献,运用CiteSpace 6.1.R1软件进行文献计量学分析,从文献的发文机构、作者、关键词方面进行可视化展现和分析。结果 经过筛选,最终纳入文献685篇,研究阶段划分为三个阶段,分别为1983—2000年、2001—2014年、2015—2022年,每个阶段的最多研究者分别是金纯与王昕、尤昭玲、刘雁峰;辽宁中医药大学、湖南中医药大学、成都中医药大学依次为三个阶段的最多研究机构,研究者与研究机构均从独立型研究逐渐转变为合作型;关键词分析显示《傅青主女科》的研究主要集中在妇科疾病方向,以痛经、带下、不孕的研究为高,其次是诊治规律与用药规律的研究,已经涉及剂量的研究。结论 图谱直观展示了自1983年1月1日—2022年5月30日《傅青主女科》近40年的研究情况,通过三个不同阶段的展示发现《傅青主女科》的研究热点常与当下西医妇科学相吻合,重视实用性的疾病类研究,借助现代新方法新技术的研究也逐渐增多,但多存在散在性研究,研究结果不能共用,需进一步加强作者及机构间的合作,实现研究成果的转化。

Objective To summarize the current research status and hot topics and predict the developmental trends of Fu Qing Zhu′s Obstetrics and Gynecology(Fu Qing Zhu Nv Ke).Methods Relevant literature on Fu Qing Zhu′s Obstetrics and Gynecology in the past 40 years was retrieved from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI).CiteSpace 5.8.R3 software was utilized for bibliometric analysis,providing visual and analytical insights into research institutions,authors,and keywords.Results After the screening,685 articles were included.The research stages were divided into three periods:1983-2000,2001-2014,and 2015-2022.The most prolific researchers in each period were Jin Chun and Wang Xin,You Zhaoling,and Liu Yanfeng,respectively.The top research institutions were Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Hunan University of Chinese Medicine,and Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,with a shift from independent to collaborative research among both authors and institutions.Keyword analysis revealed that research on Fu Qing Zhu′s Obstetrics and Gynecology predominantly focused on gynecological diseases,particularly dysmenorrhea,abnormal vaginal discharge,and infertility.Research on diagnostic and treatment principles,medication guidelines,and dosages has also been explored.Conclusion The visualized network provides an overview of research on Fu Qing Zhu′s Obstetrics and Gynecology from 1983 to May 30,2022.Over the decades,the research trends have paralleled contemporary western gynecological studies,emphasizing practical investigations into specific diseases.The application of modern methods and technologies is increasing,although scattered research and non-transferable results persist.Strengthening collaboration among authors and institutions is needed to enhance research outcomes and their transformation.
