摘要
激光和电加热相结合的复合熔覆装置可以利用工件和丝材的电阻热效应将金属丝升温到一定温度,有效地减少丝材中的水分含量及内应力,提高熔覆效率及工艺稳定性。文中主要设计激光熔覆和电加热复合熔覆的熔覆头结构,激光熔覆与电加热复合熔覆的熔覆头包含激光熔覆和电加热两部分,熔覆头主要从温度控制、防氧化、安全等方面进行设计并进行了数值分析。
The composite cladding device combined laser and electric heating can make use of the resistance heat effect of the work piece and wire to raise the temperature of the wire to a certain temperature,and effectively reduce the moisture content and internal stress in the wire,improve cladding efficiency and process stability.The structure of the cladding head of laser cladding and electric heating composite cladding was designed in the paper.The cladding head of laser cladding and electric heating composite cladding included two parts:laser cladding and electric heating.The cladding head was designed and numerically analyzed from the aspects of temperature control,anti⁃oxidation and safety.
