摘要
超级奥氏体不锈钢是一类兼具优良力学性能和耐蚀性的奥氏体不锈钢,被广泛用于耐热、耐蚀并有强塑性要求的工业领域。文中综述了8种焊接方法(熔化极惰性气体保护焊、焊条电弧焊、钨极氩弧焊、等离子弧焊+钨极氩弧焊、激光焊、复合焊、活性助焊剂辅助激光焊、搅拌摩擦焊、自激活钨极惰性气保护焊)所获得的超级奥氏体不锈钢焊接接头组织和性能,并分析了焊缝成分、微观结构的演变。在此基础上,指出了超级奥氏体不锈钢焊接存在的问题。
Super austenitic stainless steel is a type of austenitic stainless steel that combines excellent mechanical properties and corrosion resistance.It is widely used in industrial fields with heat resistance,corrosion resistance,and strong plasticity requirements.This paper reviewed the microstructure and properties of super austenitic stainless steel welded joints obtained by eight welding methods,and analyzeed the evolution of weld composition and microstructure.On this basis,the existing problems of super austenitic stainless steel welding were summarized,and the prospects of this field were drawn.
