“双一流”建设背景下本科生学业导师制的实践困境与改进策略 被引量:3

Institutional Dilemma and Improvement Strategy of Undergraduate Tutorial System Construction Under the Background of"Double First-Class"

摘要 本科生导师制是“双一流”建设背景下助力一流本科教育的重要制度安排,但在当前的一流本科教育实践中,本科生导师制的运行还面临着一些制度性障碍,如班主任、辅导员和学业导师之间的职责定位不明晰,本科生与学业导师之间的互动交流机制不顺畅,本科生导师制的绩效考核与激励机制尚未建立等,这些问题的存在严重影响了本科生导师制作用的有效发挥。基于对西部A高校本科生导师制实践的反思,提出应该从构建职责明确的协同育人机制、形成双向互动的师生交流机制和建立健全学业导师考核激励机制等三个方面提升本科生导师制的育人效果,更好助力一流本科教育。 The undergraduate tutorial system is an important institutional arrangement to help first-class undergraduate education under"double first-class"construction.However,in the current practice of first-class undergraduate education,the operation of the undergraduate tutorial system still faces some institutional obstacles,such as unsharp responsibility orientation among head teachers,counselors,and academic tutors,unsmooth interaction,and a communication mechanism between undergraduates and academic tutors,unestablished performance evaluation and incentive mechanism of the undergraduate tutorial system.These problems seriously affect the effective play of the undergraduate tutorial system.Based on the reflection on the practice of the undergraduate tutorial system in A university in Western China,this paper puts forward that the educational effect of undergraduate tutorial system should be improved from three aspects:building a collaborative education mechanism with clear responsibilities,forming a two-way interactive teacher-student communication mechanism,and establishing and improving the evaluation and incentive mechanism of academic tutors,to better contribute to first-class undergraduate education.
