摘要
新工科建设与当前国土空间治理对高等院校学科领域的融合交叉提出了全新挑战。相较于传统工科类高校,农林类高校的人文地理与城乡规划专业通常受地理类学科群支撑,具有其固有的学科交叉特征与学科特色。面临新工科时代的发展变化与需求,人文地理与城乡规划专业的跨学科本科人才培养体系的构建不足,主要表现为对既有优势学科群资源缺乏系统性整合,知识创新效率不高。据此,运用SECI模型诠释了传统高校教学过程中知识转换的内在机理,借助知识场原理构建了跨学科知识场模型BSIK并应用于该专业人才培养过程实践,构建了人文地理与城乡规划跨学科知识场域BA体系,探索出模块化课程BA,跨学科集成BA与“干中学”BA三大知识创新场域系统及实施路径。
The construction of new engineering and the current land space governance pose new challenges to integrating disciplines in colleges and universities.Compared with traditional engineering universities,Human Geography and Urban and Rural Planning majors in agricultural and forestry universities are usually supported by geographical disciplines,with their inherent interdisciplinary characteristics and disciplinary characteristics.Facing the development and demand of the new engineering era,the construction of the interdisciplinary undergraduate talent training system of Human Geography and Urban and Rural Planning is insufficient,which is mainly manifested in the lack of systematic integration of the resources of the existing dominant discipline groups and the low efficiency of knowledge innovation.Based on this,the SECI model is used to explain the internal mechanism of knowledge conversion in the teaching process of traditional colleges and universities.The interdisciplinary knowledge field model BSIK is constructed with the help of the knowledge field principle and applied to the practice of the professional talent training process.The interdisciplinary knowledge field BA system of Human Geography and Urban and Rural Planning is constructed,and the three knowledge innovation field systems and implementation paths of modular curriculum BA,interdisciplinary integration BA and"learning by doing"BA are explored.
