基于SEM的研究生课程思政实证分析——以中国农业科学院为例

An Empirical Analysis of Curriculum Politics for Postgraduates Based on SEM ——Taking Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an Example

摘要 通过梳理2016年12月全国高校思想政治工作会议召开以来课程思政工作发展的重点阶段与主要任务,说明课程思政是当前和今后研究生人才培养的重点工作,其紧迫性与重要性不言而喻。为助推课程思政工作,对国家级农业科研机构培养的一年级与二年级研究生进行问卷调查,得出研究生对课程思政的认知与态度是影响研究生服务“三农”与社会意愿的主要影响因素;研究生对课程思政的认知与态度和研究生对课程思政的总体评价二者也互为影响,认知越深刻、态度越认可,研究生就越希望提高专业课质量,深化和拓展思政教育元素;课程思政总体评价越高,越利于提升课程思政认知与态度,从而更好实现思政教育目的。 This study shows that curriculum politics is crucial to cultivate postgraduate talents for now and the future by sorting out the key stages and main tasks of the development of curriculum politics since the National Conference on Ideological and Political Work in Colleges and Universities held in December 2016.Its urgency and importance are self-evident.The study conducts a questionnaire on the first-year and second-year postgraduate students of national-level agricultural scientific research institutions to promote the curriculum politics work.The study concludes that the postgraduates'cognition and attitude to curriculum politics are the main influencing factors on the postgraduates'willingness to serve the"three rural"and the society,and the postgraduates'cognition and attitude and general evaluation of postgraduates on curriculum politics influence each other.The more profound the postgraduates'cognition and the more recognized their attitude,the more they hope to improve the quality of professional courses and deepen and expand the elements of ideological and political education.The higher the overall evaluation of curriculum politics,the more conducive it is to improving the cognition and attitude of curriculum politics,to better achieve the purpose of ideological and political education.
