Xi Jinping’s view of labor is an important part of Xi Jinping’s socialist thought with Chinese characteristics in the new era,and its ideological formation mainly originates from four dimensions:theoretical connotation,cultural tradition,realistic care,and practical cultivation;the main contents of Xi Jinping’s view of labor are scientifically answered the questions of“what is labor”,“why needs to labor”and“how to labor”from the dimensions of labor values,labor innovation,labor happiness,labor education,labor practice,labor spirit,and labor sharing,etc.Its main value is to enrich and develop the Marxist theory of labor,cultivate workers who meet the requirements of the times,and gather the power of labor to contribute to the great cause of national rejuvenation.
