预见性护理在慢性肾衰竭维持性血液透析患者管路护理中的应用效果

Application effect of predictive nursing in pipeline nursing of patients with chronic renal failure maintenance hemodialysis

目的探讨预见性护理在慢性肾衰竭维持性血液透析患者管路护理过程中临床应用效果。方法选取南京市中医院2020年3月至2021年12月收治的慢性肾衰竭维持性血液透析患者70例,采用随机数表法将其分为对照组(常规透析管路护理干预模式)和观察组(在对照组的基础上联合预见性护理干预模式),各35例。比较两组患者护理前后的相关生化指标含量水平(β2微球蛋白β2-MG、尿素氮BUN、血肌酐SCR)、并发症发生率以及护理后3 d、9 d、15 d的生活质量水平。结果护理前两组患者相关生化指标含量水平差异无统计学意义;护理后观察组患者的β2-MG、BUN以及SCR水平均明显低于对照组,并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组管路护理方法对患者生活质量重复测量方差分析显示,存在交互、组间、时间效应(均P<0.05)。结论预见性护理在慢性肾衰竭维持性血液透析患者管路护理中,能够明显改善相关生化指标含量水平,大幅度减少并发症的发生率,有效提高其日常生活质量水平,效果显著。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of predictive nursing in the pipeline nursing of chronic renal failure maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods A total of seventy patients with chronic renal failure maintenance hemodialysis admitted to the hospital from March 2020 to December 2021 were selected and divided into the control group(conventional dialysis line nursing intervention model)and the observation group(combined predictive nursing intervention mode on the basis of the control group)by random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The content levels of related biochemical indexes〔microglobin 2-MG(β2-MG),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),Serum creatinine(Scr)〕,the incidence of complications and quality of life at 3 days,9 days and 15 days after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups before nursing.After nursing,the levels ofβ2-MG,BUN and SCR in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The repeated measurement of QOL in two groups showed that there were interaction,intergroup and time effects(P<0.05).Conclusions The implementation of the predictive nursing intervention mode can significantly improve the content level of relevant biochemical indicators in maintenance hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure,greatly reduce the probability of complications,effectively improve their daily quality of life,and have significant results.
