Design of Multi-venue Video Conferencing System

视频会议系统是集音频、视频以及数据为一体的多媒体通信业务系统,为使用者提供跨越空间和时间的会议服务。因此,介绍了一套基于中央控制系统、会议管理系统、视频矩阵以及音频矩阵的会议系统。该系统采用浏览器/服务器(Browser/Server,B/S)模式的中央控制系统简化了操作和维护难度,并划分虚拟局域网,融合各类设备,通过视频终端模拟级联的方式解决了跨网互联的问题。运行反馈表明,该系统能够完全满足民航气象业务的需求。

Video conference system is a multimedia communication service system integrating audio,video and data,which provides users with conference services spanning space and time.This paper introduces a conference system based on central control system,conference management system,video matrix and audio matrix.The system adopts the central control system of Browser/Server(B/S)mode to simplify the difficulty of operation and maintenance,and divides the virtual local area network,integrates various devices,and solves the problem of cross-network interconnection through the analog cascade of video terminals.The operational feedback shows that the system can fully meet the needs of civil aviation meteorological services.
