山东省济宁市居民牙本质敏感影响因素的调查分析

Survey and analysis on influence factors of primary teeth caries among residents in Jining city,Shandong province

目的调查济宁市牙本质敏感患者的口腔卫生及饮食习惯、口腔保健意识等,分析患牙本质敏感的危险因素。方法2022年6-8月,采取简单随机抽样的方法,随机选取济宁市多家口腔专科及三甲医院牙本质敏感患者310例作为观察组,选取未患牙本质敏感人员310例作为对照组。对两组人群进行问卷调查,分析一般资料、口腔卫生及饮食习惯、口腔保健意识情况,采用有序多分类logistic回归分析牙本质敏感的影响因素,计算优势比(OR)及95%可信区间(CI)。结果观察组回收问卷301份,对照组回收问卷305份。两组在年龄、受教育程度、家庭月收入、刷牙频率和方式、牙刷类型及更换频率、刷牙力度、饮食类型及偏好、是否定期洗牙、是否主动获取口腔卫生知识及定期进行口腔检查、牙本质敏感的认知程度方面差异存在统计学意义(χ^(2)分别为97.096、13.145、13.208、87.497、7.431、23.933、6.873、5.377、12.170、12.397、7.283、29.246,P<0.05)。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示受教育程度、刷牙频率、牙刷类型、刷牙方式为独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论牙本质敏感患者较未患牙本质敏感人员的年龄、受教育程度、家庭月收入等存在差异,受教育程度、刷牙频率、牙刷类型、刷牙方式是牙本质敏感发生的主要影响因素。

Objective To investigate the oral hygiene,eating habits and oral health awareness of patients with dentin sensitivity in Jining city and analyze the influencing factors of dentin hypersensitivity.Methods From June to August 2022,310 cases of patients with dentin sensitivity in a number of dental specialties and tertiary hospitals in Jining city were randomly selected as the observation group and 310 cases of people without dentin sensitivity were selected as the control group by adopting the method of simple random sampling.Questionnaires were administered to the 2 groups to analyze general information,oral hygiene and dietary habits,and oral health care awareness.Ordered multi-logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of dentin sensitivity,and the advantage ratio(OR)and 95%confidence interval(CI)were calculated.Results A total of 301 questionnaires were recovered from the observation group and 305 from the control group.There were statistically significant differences between the 2 groups in terms of age,education level,family monthly income,method of toothbrushing,toothbrush type and replacement frequency,toothbrushing intensity,diet type and preference,whether to wash teeth regularly,whether to actively acquire oral health knowledge and conduct oral examinations regularly,and the degree of recognition of dentin sensitivity(χ^(2)=97.096,13.145,13.208,87.497,7.431,23.933,6.873,5.377,12.170,12.397,7.283,29.246;P<0.05);The results of multifactorial logistic regression analysis showed that education level,frequency of brushing,type of toothbrush,and brushing method were independent influences(P<0.05).Conclusion There are differences in age,education,and monthly household income of dentin sensitivity patients compared to those who do not suffer from dentin sensitivity,and education,frequency of brushing,type of toothbrush,and brushing method are the main influencing factors for the occurrence of dentin sensitivity.
