康复护理应用于创伤性颈椎骨折合并脊髓损伤患者护理中的效果分析

Effect of rehabilitation nursing in patients with traumatic cervical fracture combined with spinal cord injury

目的探讨康复护理应用于创伤性颈椎骨折合并脊髓损伤患者护理中的效果,以期为临床治疗提供参考。方法选择2018年5月—2021年7月在福建省莆田市第一医院就诊的104例创伤性颈椎骨折合并脊髓损伤患者为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将患者分为观察组与对照组,每组52例。对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组患者实施康复护理。比较2组患者术前、术后3个月日本骨科协会颈髓功能(JOA)评分。比较2组患者住院时间、首次下床时间。比较2组患者干预期间并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者住院时间、首次下床时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术前,2组患者JOA评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后3个月,2组患者JOA评分均高于术前,观察组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康复护理应用于创伤性颈椎骨折合并脊髓损伤患者护理中的效果显著,可有效提高康复效率及质量,降低术后并发症发生风险,值得临床推广应用。

Objective The aim of this study was to explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing in the nursing of patients with traumatic cervical fractures combined with spinal cord injury to provide evidence for clinical treatment.Methods A total of 104 patients with traumatic cervical fractures comorbid with spinal cord injury who visited the First Hospital of Putian from May 2018 to July 2021 were selected as the study participants.They were randomly assigned to the observation group and control group,with 52 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine nursing,and patients in the observation group rehabilitation nursing.The cervical spinal cord function of the Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)score was compared between the two groups before surgery and 3 months after surgery.The length of hospital stay and time to first ambulation were compared between the groups.Complications during intervention were also compared between the groups.Results The incidence rate of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The length of hospital stay and time to first ambulation in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before operation,no significant difference was detected in the JOA score between the two groups(P>0.05).At 3 months after operation,the JOA score in both groups was significantly higher than that before operation,while the score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing can effectively improve rehabilitation efficiency and quality,reduce the risk of postoperative complications in the nursing of patients with traumatic cervical fractures combined with spinal cord injury.These benefits hold promise for a wider clinical application.
