微课联合晨间提问及“问卷星”培训模式在护理人员理论培训中的应用

摘要 目的探讨微课联合晨间提问及“问卷星”培训模式在护理人员理论培训中的应用效果,以期为相关培训提供参考。方法选取四川省自贡市第四人民医院48名护理人员为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将护理人员分为研究组与对照组,每组24名。对照组护理人员给予传统培训模式,研究组护理人员给予基于微信平台的微课联合晨间提问及“问卷星”培训模式。比较2组护理人员的培训参与率;培训6个月时,比较2组护理人员对培训方式、教学质量的评价情况;比较2组护理人员培训前后(培训后为培训6个月时)护理相关理论掌握情况。比较2组护理人员参与培训所花费的时间。结果研究组护理人员培训参与率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理人员对培训方式的认可度和教学质量评价优秀率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。培训前,2组护理人员考试成绩和考试合格率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。培训后,2组护理人员考试成绩和考试合格率均高于培训前,研究组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理人员参加培训耗时短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在护理人员理论培训中应用微课联合晨间提问及“问卷星”培训模式能够有效提高护理人员培训参与率,提升护理人员的理论知识水平,且护理人员对该培训模式的评价较高,是一种自由且高效的培训模式,值得推广应用。 Objective This paper aims to explore the application effectiveness of microclass combined with morning questioning and″Wenjuanxing″(the online questionnaire platform)training mode in theoretical training of nursing staff to provide evidence for relevant training.Methods A total of 48 nursing staff from the Fourth People's Hospital of Zigong were assigned to the study group and control group by random number table,with 24 in each group.The nursing staff in the control group received the traditional training mode,and the nursing staff in the study group,the WeChat platform-based microclass combined with morning questions and the″Wenjuanxing″training mode.The training participation rate of nursing staff in the two groups was compared.At 6 months of training,the evaluation of training methods and teaching quality by nursing staff in the two groups were compared;the mastery of nursing-related theories before and after training(after training as at 6 months of training)was compared between the two groups.The time spent by nursing staff participating in the training was also compared between the groups.Results The training participation rate of nursing staff in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The recognition rate of training methods and the excellent rate of teaching quality evaluation by nursing staff in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before training,there were no significant differences in the examination scores and qualified rate of examination between the two groups(P>0.05).After training,the examination scores and the qualified rate of examination of nursing staff in the study group were significantly increased,and those in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Nursing staff in the study group took significantly less time to participate in the training than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of microclass combined with morning questioning and″Wenjuanxing″training mode in the theoretical training of nursing staff can effectively improve the training participation rate and raise the theoretical knowledge level of nursing staff,with a high degree of evaluation of this training mode by them.As a free and efficient training mode,it justifies a wider application.
