普拉洛芬与人表皮生长因子滴眼液辅以生理盐水雾化治疗对睑板腺功能障碍型干眼症的效果分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨普拉洛芬与人表皮生长因子滴眼液联合雾化治疗对睑板腺功能障碍(MGD)型干眼症的治疗效果。方法 选取2021年7月至2022年6月于东莞市横沥医院确诊并治疗MGD型干眼症的患者112例,按照用药不同分为对照组(n=56)和观察组(n=56)。对照组在常规治疗的基础上采用普拉洛芬滴眼液和人表皮生长因子滴眼液滴眼,观察组在对照组的基础上结合生理盐水雾化治疗。比较两组患者前和治疗4周后的眼表疾病指数问卷评分(OSDI)、脂质性状评分以及干眼指标和两组患者治疗4周后的康复效果。结果治疗后,两组的OSDI以及脂质性状评分与治疗前相比均下降,且观察组的OSDI以及脂质性状评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗后,两组的泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、泪液基础分泌实验(SIt)均较治疗前升高,且观察组BUT、SIt均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为96.43%,显著高于对照组的85.71%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 普拉洛芬滴眼液与人表皮生长因子滴眼液联合雾化治疗能够有效提高MGD型干眼症患者的治疗效果,有效缓解患者的干眼症症状,改善泪膜功能并延长BUT,值得临床推广使用。 Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of pranoprofen and human epidermal growth factor eye drops combined with normal saline atomization therapy on meibomian gland dysfunction(MGD)type dry eye.Methods A total of 112 patients with meibomian gland dysfunction type dry eye who were diagnosed and treated at Heng Li Hospital Dong Guan from July 2021 to June 2022 were selected and divided into a control group(n=56)and an observation group(n=56)based on different medication.On the basis of routine treatment,the control group received eye drops of pranoprofen and human epidermal growth factor,while the observation group received normal saline atomization therapy on the basis of treatment of the control group.The ocular surface disease index(OSDI)lipid trait scores and dry eye indicators before treatment and after 4 weeks of treatment between the two groups of patients,and the rehabilitation effects of the two groups of patients after 4 weeks of treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the OSDI and lipid trait scores of both groups decreased compared to before treatment,and the OSDI and lipid trait scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,both groups'BUT and SIt increased compared to before treatment,and the observation group's BUT and SIt were higher than the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.43%,significantly higher than 85.71%of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Pranoprofen and human epidermal growth factor eye drops combined with atomization therapy can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of patie nts with MGD-type dry eye,alleviate the symptoms of dry eye,improve tear film function,and prolong tear film r upture time.
