苯磺酸氨氯地平联用缬沙坦治疗高血压的临床效果

Clinical effects of amlodipine besylate in combination with valsartan in the treatment of hypertension

目的 探讨苯磺酸氨氯地平联用缬沙坦治疗高血压的临床效果。方法 采取随机数表法对山东颐养健康集团新汶中心医院2020年4月至2021年10月收治的100例高血压患者分组,每组各50例。对照组给予缬沙坦治疗,观察组加用苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗,两组用药治疗期间均限制了盐类摄入,保持正常的健康生活,均连续治疗8周。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后24 h收缩压(SBP)及24 h舒张压(DBP),评价不良反应。结果 观察组的临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗后,两组24 h SBP较低、24 h DBP均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗后,两组三酰甘油、血糖及尿素氮水平与治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。对照组治疗后与观察组治疗后的三酰甘油、血糖以及尿素氮水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率无差异。结论 苯磺酸氨氯地平联用缬沙坦治疗高血压的临床疗效突出,能够显著调节患者的血压水平,且治疗期间不会增加不良反应,安全性较高。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of amlodipine besylate in combination with valsartan in the treatment of hypertension.Methods A random number table was adopted to divide 100 hypertension patients treated at Xinwen Central Hospital,Shandong Yiyang Health Industry Development Group Co.,Ltd.from April 2020 to October 2021 into a control group and an observation group,with 50 patients in each group.The control group was given valsartan,while the experimental group was additionally treated with amlodipine besylate.Both groups restricted salt intake and maintained a normal healthy lifestyle during the medication period,and both were treated continuously for eight weeks.The clinical outcomes,24-hour systolic blood pressure(SBP)and 24-hour diastolic blood pressure(DBP)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and adverse reactions were evaluated.Results The overall clinical efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,24-hour SBP and 24-hour DBP were lower in both groups compared with those before treatment,and the values in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in triglyceride,glucose and urea nitrogen levels between the two groups after treatment as compared with their levels before treatment(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of triacylglycerol,blood glucose and urea nitrogen between control group and observation group(P>0.05).Meanwhile,there was no difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion The clinical efficiency of amlodipine besylate in combination with valsartan in the treatment of hypertension is remarkable,as it can significantly regulate the blood pressure levels of patients without increasing adverse effects during treatment and has a relatively high safety profile.
