神阙穴贴敷对气虚型阿片类药物相关性便秘患者的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of Shenque acupoint application on patients with Qi deficiency type opioid-related constipation

目的 观察神阙穴敷贴对气虚型阿片类药物相关性便秘(OIC)患者的临床疗效。方法 选取2020年10月至2022年3月收治于安宁疗护中心气虚型OIC患者100例,采用随机数表法分为观察组(n=50)和对照组(n=50)。对照组患者给予口服乳果糖治疗和常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予神阙穴贴敷治疗,比较两组干预效果。结果 治疗后,观察组排便间隔时间、排便时间少于对照组(P <0.05);大便性质及痛、腹胀改善程度评分均优于对照组(P <0.05);排便费力程度、排便不尽感和便秘总体满意程度评分低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组总有效率(84.00%)高于对照组(62.00%)(P <0.05);治疗前,两组生活质量量表PACQOL评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),而治疗后,观察组患者PAC-QOL评分低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论神阙穴敷贴能有效改善气虚型OIC患者的便秘症状及肠道功能,从而提高临床疗效,适合临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Shenque acupoint application on patients with Qi deficiency type opioid induced constipation(OIC).Methods A total of 100 Qi deficiency-type OIC patients admitted to the Tranquil Care Center from October 2020 to March 2022 were selected and divided into an observation group(n=50)and a control group(n=50)using the random number table method.The control group received oral lactulose treatment and routine care,while the observation group received Shenque acupoint application treatment on this basis.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the interval and duration of defecation in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement scores of stool properties,pain,and abdominal distension were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The score of difficulty in defecation,incomplete defecation,and overall satisfaction with constipation in the control group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group(84.00%)was higher than that of the control group(62.00%)(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no differences in the PAC-QOL scores between the two groups(P>0.05),while after treatment,the PAC-QOL scores of the observation group patients were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenque acupoint application can effectively improve the constipation symptoms and intestinal function of patients with Qi deficiency type OIC,thereby improving clinical efficacy and being suitable for clinical promotion.
