隧道防排水系统结晶堵塞分析及处治研究

摘要 以甘肃在建高速公路阿尔金山、当金山隧道防排水系统结晶堵塞为基础,通过对隧道结晶堵塞病害进行分析发现渗漏水部位主要集中在仰拱施工缝及二衬施工缝拱脚处,其结晶堵塞物主要成份为碳酸盐、硫酸盐结晶体。通过对隧道防排水系统结晶堵塞处治,提出了通过加大排水盲管的坡度,改变地下水的流速可有效降低结晶析出沉淀速率。同时,在施工过程中应根据围岩出水情况,采用合理的引流方式排出地下水,并严格控制防排水施工质量确保防排水系统的完整性等方式,可有效预防防排水系统结晶堵塞问题,其研究成果为隧道渗漏水预防及初治提供借鉴。 This paper is based on the crystallization blockage of the drainage system of Altyn-Tagh and Dangjinshan tunnels under construction in Gansu province,through the analysis of the tunnel crystallization blocking diseases,it is found that the leakage water is mainly concentrated at the back arch construction joint and the arch foot of the second lining construction joint.It is pointed out that the crystallization precipitation rate can be effectively reduced by increasing the slope of blind drainage pipe and changing the flow velocity of groundwater.At the same time,in the construction process,according to the situation of surrounding rock water outlet,reasonable drainage methods should be adopted to discharge groundwater,and the quality of waterproof and drainage construction should be strictly controlled to ensure the integrity of the waterproof and drainage system,it can effectively prevent the crystallization blockage of drainage system,and its research results can be used for reference for the prevention and initial treatment of tunnel leakage.the utility model can effectively reduce the crystallization blockage of the tunnel water-proof and drainage system.
