警务战术课程的建立,尚处在起步阶段,专项技能训练及专项战术指导并不成熟。该课程的教学目标是要求学员学习警务战术,掌握各类战术的理论知识及战术方法,并通过实践操作演练的方式,提高学员的实战能力。新时代的警务战术课程,需以实战化为导向,从实战出发,切实提高学员的实战能力,公安院校应创新警务战术训练教育理念,执行警务战术课程改革,以合理、优质的教学内容及教学手段,切实提高警务战术课程教学质量。

The Police Tactics Course is a new curriculum system developed in response to the new chal-lenges faced by the police work of the Public Security Bureau in recent years.Compared to other courses with decades of training experience,it is still in the initial stage,and specialized skill training and tactical guidance are not yet mature.The teaching objective of this course is to require students to learn police tactics,master theoretical knowledge and methods of various tactics,and improve their practical skills through practical exercises.The police tactics course of the new era needs to be practical oriented,so that the college can continuously explore,improve,and enhance its practical activities.From a practical perspec-tive,it is necessary to effectively improve students’practical abilities,innovate the training and education concept of police tactics,implement the reform and improve the teaching quality of police tactics course with reasonable and high-quality teaching content and methods.
