摘要
目的:探讨ACTED康复护理在老年股骨颈骨折(FNF)患者中的应用价值。方法:选择我院2020年4月-2022年4月收治的老年FNF患者72例,按随机数字表法分为2组。对照组(36例)采用常规康复护理,观察组(36例)实施ACTED康复护理,2组均护理3个月。对比分析2组髋关节功能、运动功能、日常生活活动能力、生活质量、并发症发生情况。结果:护理后,观察组Harris髋关节功能评分中关节疼痛评分、关节功能评分、关节活动度评分、关节畸形评分及总分、功能独立性评定(FIM)量表中运动功能分量表评分、日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)评分、健康调查量表(SF-36)中各维度评分高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:ACTED康复护理能够有效帮助老年FNF患者髋关节功能逐渐恢复,提高运动功能及日常生活活动能力,降低术后并发症发生风险,提升生活质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To explore the application value of ACTED rehabilitation nursing in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture(FNF).Methods:72 elderly patients with FNF admitted to our hospital from April 2020 to April 2022 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(36 cases)received conventional rehabilitation care,and the observation group(36 cases)received ACTED rehabilitation care.Both groups received 3 months of care.The hip joint function,motor function,activity of daily living,quality of life and complications of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:After nursing,the score of joint pain,joint function,joint range of motion,joint deformity and total score,motor function subscale score,activity of daily living scale(ADL)score,and health survey scale(SF-36)score in Harris hip function score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the in-cidence of complications was lower than that in the control group,There was statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:ACTED re-habilitation nursing can effectively help the elderly FNF patients gradually recover hip function,improve motor function and activities of daily living,reduce the risk of postoperative complications,and improve the quality of life,which is worthy of clinical application.
