协同护理干预模式在四肢骨折手术患者中的应用效果及对肢体活动度的影响研究

Research on the Application Effect of Collaborative Nursing Intervention Mode in Patients with Limb Fracture Surgery and its Influence on the Range of Motion of the Limbs

目的:探讨协同护理干预模式在四肢骨折手术患者中的应用效果及对肢体活动度的影响。方法:回顾性选择2021年11月-2022年5月收治的四肢骨折手术患者44例为对象,根据护理方法不同分为对照组和观察组,各22例。对照组采用常规方法护理,观察组联合协同护理干预模式,2组均完成4周护理干预,比较2组心理波动、希望水平、肢体活动度、术后并发症及满意度。结果:观察组SDS、SAS得分低于对照组(P<0.05);对未来积极的态度、与他人关系亲密度及采取积极行动得分高于对照组(P<0.05);2组护理4周后肢体活动度得到提高;观察组自我护理技能、健康知识水平、自我概念、自护责任感及自护能力总分高于对照组(P<0.05);2组护理4周后肢体活动度得到提高;观察组协调、反射、活动能力及运动速度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组围术期关节脱位、关节僵硬及慢性疼痛发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);干预内容、服务态度及恢复效果满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:四肢骨折手术患者围术期实施协同护理干预模式有助于降低患者心理波动,提升希望水平,有助于改善患者肢体活动度,降低术后并发症发生率,获得较高的满意度,值得推广应用。

Objective:To explore the application effect of cooperative nursing intervention mode in patients with limb fracture surgery and its influence on limb mobility.Methods:A retrospective study was conducted on 44 patients with limb fracture undergoing surgery from November 2021 to May 2022.They were divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing methods.The control group received conventional nursing,while the observation group received cooperative nursing intervention.Both groups com-pleted 4-week nursing intervention,and compared their psychological fluctuation,hope level,limb mobility,postoperative complica-tions and satisfaction.Results:The scores of SDS and SAS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The scores of positive attitude towards the future,intimacy with others and taking positive actions in the group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);After 4 weeks of nursing,the limb mobility of the two groups was improved;The total scores of self-care skills,health knowledge,self-concept,self-care responsibility and self-care ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);After 4 weeks of nursing,the limb mobility of the two groups was improved;The coordina-tion,reflex,activity ability and movement speed of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);The in-cidence of joint dislocation,joint stffness and chronic pain in the observation group during perioperative period was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The satisfaction of intervention content,service attitude and recovery effect in the control group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of cooperative nursing intervention mode in perioperative pe-riod for patients with limb fracture surgery is helpful to reduce the psychological fluctuation of patients,improve the level of hope,im-prove the mobility of patients'limbs,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and obtain higher satisfaction,which is worthy of promotion and application.
