摘要
数字经济深入推进使数据成为建筑行业发展的新动能。针对装配式建筑成本高、效益低的问题,构建装配式建筑价值创造的机理及路径。通过梳理数据的定义和数据产生价值的方式,分析数据的特征与数据价值链的优势,对装配式建筑传统价值链进行重塑,形成装配式建筑数据价值链。在此基础上,探究数据价值创造的机理,并深入剖析数据在装配式建筑设计、生产、施工、销售四个基本增值环节和在多环节衔接上实现价值创造的路径。以期通过发挥数据的价值创造作用,有效提升装配式建筑的经济效益。
The expansion of the digital economy has made data a new driving force for the development of the construction industry.Aiming to address the problems of high cost and low efficiency of prefabricated buildings,the mechanism and path of value creation of prefabricated buildings are discussed.By combing the definition of data and the way data generates value,analyzing the characteristics of data and the advantages of data value chain,reshaping the traditional value chain of prefabricated buildings,and establishing the data value chain of prefabricated buildings,this study explores the mechanism of data value creation,and extensively analyzes the path of data to realize value creation in the four basic value-added links of prefabricated building design,production,construction,and sales.By facilitating data value creation,the economic benefits of prefabricated buildings can be effectively enhanced.
