黄河流域工业绿色技术创新效率的时空差异与成因识别研究

A Study of the Spatial-Temporal Differences of Industrial Green Technology Innovation Efficiency in the Yellow River Basin and Their Causes

绿色技术创新是经济高质量发展的主要推动力,准确测算黄河流域工业绿色技术创新效率并把握其区域差异的原因,才能精准有效推动黄河流域工业绿色技术创新效率的协同提升。基于DEA框架中的超效率EBM模型测算黄河流域工业绿色技术创新效率,采用Dagum基尼系数法测度了其区域差异,运用QAP方法深入探究造成其差异的主要原因。研究表明:黄河流域的工业绿色技术创新效率呈现波动上升趋势,并具有区域和省际差异,这种差异呈现出先上升后下降的“倒U型”变化态势。专利申请数量、新产品销售收入、一般工业固体废弃物产生量是造成区域差异的主要原因。在新时代绿色发展和创新驱动引领黄河流域经济社会高质量协调发展的背景下,促进黄河流域的工业绿色技术创新效率的协调提升,具有重要现实意义。

Green technology innovation serves as the primary catalyst for driving high-quality economic development.To achieve accurate and effective promotion of industrial green technology innovation efficiency in the Yellow River Basin,it is imperative to precisely assess this efficiency and understand the underlying factors contributing to regional disparities.This study employs the super-efficiency EBM model within the DEA framework to measure the innovation efficiency of industrial green technology in the Yellow River Basin,coupled with the Dagum Gini coefficient method to evaluate regional differences.Furthermore,the QAP method is utilized to delve deep into the key drivers behind these variations.Results demonstrate a fluctuating upward trajectory in the efficiency of industrial green technology innovation across the Yellow River Basin,characterized by regional and inter-provincial differences that follow an“inverted U-shaped”trend.Factors such as the number of patent applications,sales revenue of new products,and output of general industrial solid waste emerge as significant contributors to these regional disparities.Given the current context of green development and innovation driving the high-quality coordinated economic and social development in the Yellow River Basin during the New Era,promoting the coordinated improvement of industrial green technology innovation efficiency holds substantial practical significance.
