Research on Frontier Topics of Rural Revitalization on the New Journey

党的十九大提出实施乡村振兴战略,党的二十大就全面推进乡村振兴做出战略部署,面对中华民族伟大复兴的战略全局、世界百年未有之大变局,新征程上乡村振兴必然面临诸多新挑战,这些挑战呈现为一系列对于全面推进乡村振兴工作和加快农业、农村、农民现代化发展具有重要性、全局性、战略性、时代性的问题,可称之为前沿问题。基于丰富的理论研究和大量的实践调研,选取乡村振兴的政治逻辑、指导思想、两条底线、统筹推进、融合发展、县域经济、多轮驱动、深化改革、国际合作和党的领导等十个问题进行系统、深入研究、阐述,对每一个前沿问题聚焦于回答“为什么是前沿问题”“问题的内涵是什么”“怎么把握、领会和理解这一问题”三个方面,着眼于为客观认识、准确把握和有效解决问题奠定基础。并进一步讨论了加强乡村振兴前沿问题的意义和价值。

The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,and the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China made strategic arrangements for the comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization.Faced with the strategic overall situation of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the unprecedented world changes in a century,rural revitalization will inevitably face many new challenges on the new journey.These challenges are presented as a series of issues that are important,comprehensive,strategic,and epochal for the comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization and the accelerated development of agriculture,rural areas,and farmers’modernization.These issues can be referred to as brand new issues.Based on rich theoretical research and extensive practical research,this study selects ten issues of rural revitalization,i.e.,political logic,guiding ideology,two bottom lines,coordinated promotion,integrated development,county-level economy,multi wheel drive,deepening reform,international cooperation,and party leadership,for systematic and in-depth research and elaboration.The study focuses on answering three questions about each frontier topic:“Why is it abrand frontier topic”“What is the connotation of the topic”,and“How to grasp,comprehend,and understand this topic”,aiming to lay the foundation for objective understanding,accurate grasp,and effective problem-solving.Moreover,the significance and value of strengthening research on the frontier in rural revitalization are further discussed.
