Meaningful Innovation:Conceptual Dimensions,Measurement and Innovation Performance

摘要 有意义的创新(meaningful innovation,MI)作为新时代引领企业积极回应社会需求,助力其提升可持续竞争优势并实现系统性超越的全新范式开始获得关注。然而,相关研究体系尚未完善,尤其缺乏对相关概念的可靠测度以及与之相关的实证检验。本研究基于文献采集,对有意义的创新的理论基础进行系统性回顾,归纳与识别其基本框架与核心概念。进而,运用访谈法与问卷调查法,针对内涵结构的5大核心维度实施“意义导向”(meaning orientation)的量表开发与信效度检验,形成可靠的有意义的创新的测量模型,并进一步验证有意义的创新过程对创新绩效显著的正向影响。 Meaningful Innovation(MI),as a new paradigm that leads enterprises to actively respond to social demands in the new era and helps them comprehensively improve their sustainable competitive advantages and achieve systematic transcendence,starts to get at⁃tention.However,the relevant studies are still to be mature,especially evidenced by the lack of reliable measurement of the key con⁃cepts of the MI and the empirical test of the core framework.Based on the existing literature,this study systematically reviews the theo⁃retical basis of the MI,summarizes and identifies its basic framework and core concepts.Furthermore,interview and questionnaire are used to conduct scale development,and reliability and validity test aiming at the five core dimensions of meaningful innovation,and fur⁃ther verify the significant positive influence of meaning orientation(MO)on innovation performance.On this basis,a reliable measure⁃ment model of the MI is built in order to provide implications for the further development of this paradigm.
